Youth Development Professional

Youth development professionals are primarily responsible for delivering daily programs, services, and activities aligned with the organization's mission, focusing heavily on member well-Being both on and off club premises. A key function involves developing positive and productive relationships with members while ensuring program quality and safety.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old, with prior experience working with children being necessary. Essential abilities include motivating youth, managing behavior problems, organizing activities safely, and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
