Head Varsity Flag Football Coach (High School)
Opportunity
- Propel Schools is seeking a Head Varsity Flag Football Coach for the 2026 spring season at:
- Propel Braddock Hills High School
- Propel Andrew St. High School
- Propel Montour High School
Successful candidates will have
- Prior flag football coaching experience
- Preferred candidates will have student-athlete experience on the high school and/or intercollegiate level, prior high school coaching experience, & USATF certification
- Must possess effective coaching technique and skills
- Must possess knowledge of rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport
- Responsibility for assembling his/her volunteer coaching staff
- Responsibility of coordinating a high school track program with the assistant coach and athletic director
- High level of personal organization and planning
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with student-athletes & families
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
- A commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel

The stipend amount is $2,000 for the season.
