Job description
SENIOR BEHAVIOR THERAPIST (RBT) On-site $500 sign-on bonus for RBTs! The Senior Behavior Therapist is an integral part of the SARRC team! In addition to providing ABA intervention services for individuals on the autism spectrum, this position provides critical support, skill development and oversight of our team of Behavior Therapists and Lead Behavior Therapists.

- Passionate about providing direction and feedback to the client’s team, which includes behavior therapists, senior-level clinicians, and other critical members of the clinical team.
- Who You Are
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, sociology, or related field is strongly preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
- 3 year minimum of employment in a clinical environment on a full-time, part-time and/or work-study basis is required, including recent work with individuals with autism using PRT, DTT, PECS and other ABA methods.
- Working toward a Master's degree and BCBA certification is preferred.
- In excess of 2,400 direct treatment hours of clinical experience is required.
Salary - $500 sign-on bonus for RBTs! Starting at $24/hr Additional compensation for meeting weekly clinical hour requirements!
Hours Full-time
RBT Certification Registered Behavior Technician certification is required within 30 days of employment.
- Transportation Requirement Behavior Staff are required to have reliable transportation to/from clients with a clean driving record (no more than 3 minor violations). Work Environment Candidates must possess the physical ability to perform the following tasks consistently throughout the workday:
- Prolonged Standing & Movement: Ability to stand, walk, and move dynamically around the classroom and playground for extended periods.
- Lifting & Transferring: Ability to safely lift, position, and transfer moderate amounts of weight as needed, and assist in crisis management or transition support.
- Bending, Squatting, Kneeling: Frequent ability to bend, squat, kneel, or sit on the floor to interact with children at their level.
