Lead Behavior Therapist / RBT - $22/hr - Sign On Bonus

Lead behavior therapists connect with and include individuals with autism in their homes, schools, and communities by applying the principles of applied behavior analysis (Aba). They also provide clinical administrative support to monitor and evaluate client progress.

Candidates must possess a registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in education, sociology, special education, or psychology is strongly preferred. One to three years of rbt experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is required.
