Teacher - Assistant

Assistant teachers work under the direction of a lead teacher, supporting the emotional and educational needs of young children through play and interaction. They are responsible for helping prepare and maintain the learning environment while ensuring the safety of all children in their care.

Candidates must be kind and caring individuals who are committed to learning and growing alongside the team to make a difference in young children's lives. While college degrees are not required for this assistant teacher role, the employer offers support for earning the cda certificate within the first year.
