The assistant will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, aged 2 to 3, under the direct supervision of a Special Education Teacher. Training will be provided by a Licensed Behavior Analyst, offering exposure to Speech and Occupational Therapy clinicians.
The Special Education Therapy Assistant has the opportunity to develop skills as they work one-on-one with children with autism ages 2 - 3, under the supervision and support of a Special Education Teacher. You will be trained by a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and learn from clinicians in Speech and Occupational Therapy. Special Education Therapy Assistants can grow in the field of Early Childhood, Special Education, ABA , Speech and Occupational Therapy becoming therapists and with support from the McCarton family, grow in their career.
$16.50 per hour Opportunity to increase rate up to $20 per hour within the first year!
