The Occupational Therapist will provide individualized treatment to children aged 2-3 with developmental disabilities, designing and implementing treatment programs based on assessments. This role also involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and supervising paraprofessional staff.
Candidates must possess NYS Occupational Therapist Licensure and a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with children, preferably in pediatric occupational therapy. Strong knowledge of advanced OT principles and experience guiding support staff are required.

We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services to children with developmental disabilities aged 2–3 years. Reporting to the Occupational Therapy Supervisor, you will design and implement individualized treatment programs, supervise paraprofessional staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Conditions & Benefits
7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
Ability to lift/carry children (30–40 lbs) and support physical activities. Ability to walk, stand, or sit for up to 8 hours.

Our McCarton Integrated Model combines speech and language therapy, fine and gross motor therapy, sensory integration therapy, socialization with peers, developmental play skills, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

This includes a health form documenting vaccinations and background checks through the Department of Investigation and the Central Clearance Unit
