Pharmacy L&D Specialist I

The pharmacy l&d specialist i will focus on operational training within pharmacy and specialty operations, overseeing onboarding and skill enhancement programs, and developing/Delivering training onsite and virtually. This role also requires assisting with regular pharmacy operations in a pharmacy technician capacity when l&d duties are not being performed.

Candidates must possess a florida registered pharmacy technician license and 3-5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician covering both front end and back end duties. Strong proficiency in microsoft office suite, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-Paced environment are essential.
