Youth Services Worker Overnight

Youth services workers are responsible for providing safety and around-The-Clock in-Person supervision of youth in a secure residential setting, addressing their physical, personal, and health needs through individual counseling and skill development. They must also monitor and document behaviors, assist with activities, and collaborate with staff to meet treatment plan goals.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this position. Successful applicants must also pass a criminal background check, drug screen (Thc is no longer tested for pre-Employment), physical examination, and a search of the child abuse central registry.
