Behavioral Technician - Residential Group Homes

The behavioral technician will provide safety, around-The-Clock supervision, mediation, crisis management, and social, educational, and recreational support while adhering to the daily schedule. Responsibilities also include monitoring and documenting client behaviors and communicating concerns to ensure treatment plan adjustments meet the youth's success.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess either a bachelor’s degree or 12 semester units in early childhood education, adolescent development, or psychology. A minimum of one year of previous full-Time experience in a group home, short-Term residential therapeutic program, or substance abuse treatment program is required, along with passing background checks.
