Summer Camp Staff

Summer camp staff members are responsible for engaging campers in developmentally appropriate activities such as reading, math, sports, and curriculum while fostering positive relationships. Essential duties include knowing the children, guiding activities, supervising housekeeping and safety, keeping records, and planning activities to stimulate growth in various skills.

Applicants must support the ywca mission and possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, with one to three months of related experience preferred. Candidates must maintain first aid and cpr certifications, pass background and fingerprint checks, and demonstrate good analytical and problem-Solving skills.
