Chaplain Resident - Clinical Pastoral Education

The chaplain resident provides spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff while participating in an action-Reflection model of education. They work under supervision to develop professional competency and pastoral identity while participating in an on-Call duty rotation.

The position requires a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree in theology, divinity, or related fields preferred. Candidates must be prepared to engage in a one-Year clinical pastoral education program.
