Career Navigator

The career navigator provides personalized job coaching, case management, and employment resources to help individuals overcome barriers to work. They are responsible for developing service plans, facilitating employment classes, and building partnerships with local employers.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with post-Secondary coursework in social services fields preferred. Proficiency in microsoft office and a valid texas driver's license with a good driving record are required.
