Afternoon Enrichment Teacher

Position Summary

• The Afternoon Enrichment Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging and educational activities for students in the afternoon enrichment program. This includes developing lesson plans, creating hands-on learning experiences, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment for students from ages 3 -13. The Afternoon Enrichment Teacher will ensure the safety of the students involved. MORE ABOUT THE ROLE
• Ensure children are cared for in a safe environment.
• Be attentive to needs of and engage with each child.
• Provide safe and age-appropriate activities for children.
• Maintain clean, neat and presentable classrooms.
• Record Accurate attendance daily.
• Communicate with teachers about each child’s needs.
• Monday through Friday 12:45pm – 6:00pm

• Candidates should have the following skills and experience
• 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work part-time
• Enjoy working and interacting with children.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Outgoing personality.
