Clinical Dental Hygienist

This role involves examining patients and x-Rays, maintaining knowledge of current charting procedures, and monitoring the work of student hygienists according to faculty guidelines. The hygienist must perform the standard work of a dental hygienist while interacting effectively with patients, faculty, staff, and students.

Candidates must be a registered dental hygienist (Rdh) with state of alaska licensure, current cpr training, and a current local anesthesia permit, possessing substantial experience in the field. Essential abilities include performing dental hygienist work, adhering to clinic schedules, and demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills.
