Caseworker (In-Home Family Specialist)

This position independently develops and implements service plans focused on promoting safety, well-Being, and permanency for assigned clients. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, providing parent education using evidence-Based curricula, and connecting clients to necessary community resources.

A bachelor's degree in social work or a relevant human service field is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience working in child welfare. Candidates must also possess required clearances (Act 33/34, fbi) and maintain a valid driver's license with adequate insurance coverage.
