Core responsibilities
The physical therapist will provide early intervention services using the home-Based coaching model to meet ifsp goals for children birth to age three, conducting assessments in home environments with parents. Responsibilities also include adhering to best practice guidelines, completing all necessary documentation promptly, and collaborating with families and professionals to ensure cohesive therapeutic plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's, master's, or dpt degree along with a valid pa license, and have at least one year of experience working with a pediatric population. Essential requirements include a valid pa driver's license, reliable transportation, physical capability to move children/Equipment, and successful completion of act 33/34 and fbi clearances.
