Graduate Summer Internship – People Development and Quality Audit

The intern will be responsible for working on a training development project, ideally guiding it from concept through completion. This involves analyzing, designing, and developing learning modules and associated facilitator guides for self-Paced, hybrid, or virtual instructor-Led learning.

Candidates must currently be enrolled in a graduate degree program and have completed a ba/Bs degree in related fields such as instructional design or organizational development, with a preferred gpa of 3.0 or above. Required experience includes instructional design, learning technology, and proficiency in microsoft office and virtual training platforms.
