Lifeguards - The Hotchkiss School - Spring 2026

Lifeguards are primarily responsible for providing supervision and ensuring the safety of all swimmers within the aquatic facility, adhering strictly to all established safety protocols. Essential duties include monitoring patrons, enforcing rules, responding to emergencies, performing first aid/Cpr, and maintaining pool deck cleanliness.

Applicants must possess current american red cross lifeguard, first aid, and cpr/Aed certifications, and must be a minimum of 16 years old. Candidates must also be authorized to work in the united states and pass deep water rescue training confirmed by the school.
