Registered Nurse

The registered nurse provides primary health care, acute care, and nursing interventions for students while maintaining accurate health records. They are responsible for assessing student health needs, administering medications, and collaborating with school staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Candidates must hold a valid registered nurse license in the state of connecticut and possess current cpr and aed certification. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage diverse tasks in a stressful environment, and proficiency in computer-Based record keeping are required.
