Pediatric Care Specialist

This role involves supporting families and providers through the healthysteps model by participating in well-Child visits focused on development, behavior, and family support, while also managing a family support line and providing short-Term consultations. Responsibilities also include maintaining community resource databases, collaborating with partners, engaging with the implementation team, and ensuring accurate documentation in the ehr.

Candidates must possess a clinically licensed master's degree in social work, psychology, or childhood education/Developmental fields. Required knowledge includes early childhood growth, parent-Child relational health, infant and early childhood mental health, and family systems.
