Recreation Assistant

The main duties involve planning and organizing structured and unstructured educational activities for children in the phoenix after-School program while ensuring their health and safety. Responsibilities also include supervising groups of children, providing constructive discipline, and assisting with program implementation under the program director's guidance.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a strong desire and ability to work effectively with children. Essential qualities include being energetic, having a sense of humor, patience, self-Control, and always maintaining a safety orientation, with creative and artistic skills being a significant advantage.
