This role involves designing and delivering clinical learning programs in various formats while ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational philosophies. Key duties include collaborating across teams to establish processes, defining competencies, managing training plans, and tracking program effectiveness using defined KPIs.
Candidates must possess at least five years of hands-on experience as an RN, including a minimum of three years in a long-term care setting, and hold a current Iowa Registered Nurse license with a bachelor's degree. Proficiency in learning development software and Microsoft Suite is required, along with specific certifications being mandatory or obtainable shortly after hiring.
