CNA Educator - PRN

The cna educator is responsible for designing and delivering clinical education programs in both online and in-Person formats. They will also collaborate with internal teams to establish documentation, manage training plans, and evaluate program effectiveness through key performance indicators.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of rn experience, including 1 year in a long-Term care setting, and hold a valid iowa rn license. Proficiency in learning development software such as storyline, rise, and camtasia is also required.
