Summer 2026 Overnight Camp Health Officer

The health officer is responsible for providing proper health care and first aid to campers and staff, which includes managing and dispensing medications, performing wellness checks, and maintaining health records. This role also requires being available for emergencies and advising camp leadership on health, disease, and sanitation issues.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent education and be licensed by the state as an rn, emt, or lp, holding current cpr and first aid certifications. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of nursing or related experience is required, with prior camp experience being preferred.
