Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, designing evidence-Based goals, and supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts) while ensuring compliance with insurance standards. The role also requires conducting regular parent training, participating in clinical meetings, and managing accurate data collection and documentation.

Candidates must be licensed as a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and possess at least a master’s degree in aba, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. One year of experience working with children on the spectrum is preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
