Inclusion Counselor (Spring/Summer) Recreation

Inclusion counselors are responsible for providing individualized assistance, adaptations, and reasonable accommodations to campers with disabilities to ensure their full participation in recreation activities. They must also actively engage with all participants to promote fun, inclusivity, safety, and positive peer interactions while monitoring their well-Being.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old or a high school graduate and should possess experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in related fields, ideally with a background in camp or youth programs. A cheerful, energetic demeanor and a strong interest in the arts are highly desired traits for this role.
