Nurse Aide Trainee

The nursing assistant trainee is responsible for attending all scheduled classes and successfully passing the state certification test. Additionally, the trainee must collect initial and ongoing data on residents and report any changes to the rn or lpn while interacting with residents and families.

Candidates must currently be enrolled in or hired into a benedictine na training program and must be eligible for the state nursing assistant registry upon completion. Applicants must also possess the ability to read, write, and communicate in english and hold a bls certification.
