Direct Support Professional (Residential Assistant)

Residential assistants will provide positive support, caring assistance, and responsible supervision to vulnerable and high-Risk youth aged 14-21 in a residential treatment facility. Duties involve participating in the therapeutic treatment team, understanding resident goals, carrying out interventions, and documenting observations and goal progress.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a related social service field like psychology (Preferred), or one year of experience working with youth in a behavioral group setting with a high school diploma. A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role.
