Direct Support Professional (Residential Assistant)

The role involves supervising, organizing, and supporting recreational and socialization activities for high-Risk youth while actively leading milieu staff through structured routines. Responsibilities also include engaging with youth based on behavioral intervention plans and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

A bachelor's degree in a related social service field such as psychology, sociology, or education is required, with psychology being preferred. Alternatively, candidates without a degree must possess three or more years of experience working with youth in a behavioral group setting and must hold a valid driver's license.
