Advocate

The primary responsibilities of the advocate involve initiating, organizing, planning, developing, and implementing direct advocacy services for assigned participants and their families based on a strength-Based, wrap-Around model. This role requires serving as a dependable and committed positive role model for youth in community, school, and home settings.

Applicants must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate experience in community work with knowledge of local resources and experience working with at-Risk youth. Required qualifications also include excellent communication skills, proficiency in microsoft office, and possession of reliable insured transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
