Spiritual Companion

The spiritual companion will provide spiritual direction during monthly synchronous online meetings and retreats for the family spirituality certificate program, supporting a small assigned group of students. Key duties include maintaining a safe and confidential listening environment, checking in with students needing extra support, and debriefing after sessions for supervision and feedback gathering.

The candidate must be a certified spiritual director to fulfill the role of providing spiritual direction and student support within the program framework. Applicants must also exhibit behavior aligning with the university's mission, values, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct.
