Training Specialist

The training specialist designs, delivers, and maintains effective training programs for institutional support services (Iss) colleagues to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant role performance. This involves partnering with leaders and smes to support onboarding, role-Based training, process changes, and continuous skill development across iss teams.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience developing and delivering training programs. Preferred experience includes supporting shared services, financial account management, student finance operations, or registrar operations, along with familiarity with title iv policies.
