Infant Teacher

The lead infant teacher will provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience supporting each child’s individual needs while building strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication. Responsibilities also include creating a safe and stimulating environment for infants to develop curiosity and early learning skills, and collaborating with the team to maintain routines and meet licensing standards.

Candidates must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements, possessing a cda or a degree in early childhood education, along with prior experience in a licensed childcare center. Essential personal attributes include a nurturing personality, patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
