Chaplain

A chaplain provides non-Judgmental spiritual care to patients, families, and staff, involving spiritual assessment, timely documentation, communication with the care team, and on-Call coverage. Essential duties include providing chaplaincy services addressing personal, spiritual, and emotional issues, visiting referred individuals, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Required qualifications include a master's degree in divinity studies or a related field, completion of a minimum of 2 units of clinical pastoral education, and experience with computer systems including web-Based applications and microsoft office. Preferred qualifications include an associate of clinical pastoral education license, 4 units of cpe, and national chaplain certification.
