Clinical Associate (Nursing Assistant) Training Program

Under the direction of nursing staff, the clinical associate will provide superior physical and emotional assistance to patients within an inpatient team setting. Upon successful completion of the paid training program, candidates will join one of the hospital's inpatient teams to deliver direct patient care.

Candidates must be pursuing a path in pre-Med, physician assistant studies, or nursing, or seeking a meaningful start in healthcare, and must commit to no less than 24 hours a week for at least one year, including every other weekend and holiday rotation. Attendance at all mandatory training and orientation sessions is required.
