Swim Instructor - North

The swim instructor is responsible for planning and teaching swim instruction tailored to various ability levels while adhering to ymca policies and y-Usa training standards. This role also involves building relationships with participants, monitoring progress, and strictly enforcing all aquatic facility safety rules and procedures.

Candidates must be at least 15 years old and possess strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people. Completion of ymca required training upon hire is mandatory, although ymca swim lesson instructor certification is preferred.
