Resource Aide/ The Y of Central Maryland

The resource aide will support teachers and program staff with daily classroom and youth program activities, including assisting with the supervision and engagement of children in a positive environment. This role also involves preparing learning materials and providing individualized attention to ensure a safe and welcoming space.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or ged. A minimum of one year of professional experience working with children in a licensed setting such as a daycare, school, or certified youth program facility is required.
