Therapeutic Youth Mentor - Cutbank

The therapeutic youth mentor builds trusting, professional relationships with youth receiving mental health services, serving as a positive role model while supporting them in achieving treatment plan goals. Responsibilities include facilitating skill-Building activities, providing crisis support, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with the treatment team and families.

Applicants must be 21 years or older and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with a valid driver's license. Candidates must pass criminal and child abuse background checks and demonstrate strong abilities in therapeutic engagement, communication, ethical decision-Making, and proficiency in electronic health record documentation.
