Therapeutic Youth Mentor

The therapeutic youth mentor builds trusting, professional relationships with youth, serving as a positive role model while supporting them in achieving treatment plan goals through skill-Building activities and community engagement. This role also requires providing crisis support, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary treatment team.

Applicants must be 21 years or older and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with a valid driver's license. Required abilities include strong therapeutic engagement skills, knowledge of professional boundaries, excellent communication, and proficiency in ehr documentation.
