  • AM -5:00 PM

Wonderspring is gearing up for a fun-filled summer and looking for a Summer Camp Teacher to join our seasonal team at our Star 4 Pottstown Center! From May 25 through August 14, you’ll work full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), supporting engaging, hands-on activities that spark creativity, teamwork, and growth in every camper.

  • What You’ll Get to Do (and Have Fun Doing!) Deliver weekly themed activities in arts, STEM, literacy, and outdoor play.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and social-emotional development.
  • Assist in supervising group transitions, meals, field trips, and enrichment sessions.
  • Model respectful, developmentally appropriate interactions and guide children through conflict resolution.
  • Help maintain attendance records, incident reports, and behavior documentation.
  • Your Special Skills & Qualities High School Diploma or GED required; CDA preferred.
  • At least two years' experience in early childcare education (2,500 verified hours).
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start date).
  • Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.
  • Must meet all DHS requirements, including current clearances (PA State Police, Child Abuse, FBI, NSOR) and a Health Assessment with TB test.
