Toddler Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will guide the classroom team in implementing lessons inspired by the creative curriculum and pa early learning standards, focusing on creating a cheerful, curiosity-Fueled environment for toddlers. Responsibilities include creating hands-On lessons, ensuring child well-Being, documenting progress, and maintaining open communication with parents through updates and conferences.

Candidates must possess an aa/As degree in early childhood education or a related field with 18 ece credits, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with preschoolers in an educational setting. Applicants must also meet all dhs requirements, including current clearances and a tb test, and demonstrate understanding of relevant licensing and standards.
