Classroom Support Specialist

The classroom support specialist supports assigned classrooms by addressing day-To-Day needs, facilitating teacher planning, and ensuring smooth classroom operations. Responsibilities include supporting children with challenging behaviors, implementing curriculum, and maintaining a safe learning environment.

Candidates are required to have a minimum of either an infant/Toddler or preschool cda credential, with an associate's degree preferred. A year of early childhood classroom experience and knowledge of head start performance standards are also necessary.
