Position Overview Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? As a Resilience Coach, you will help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop life skills, and thrive. This is an active, hands-on role that combines mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support. We are looking for positive, energetic team members who enjoy working with school-age children and creating meaningful connections every day.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred. Education/Experience Requirements: Candidates must be 18 years or older and meet one of the following requirements: An Associate's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Education or similar field At least 48 credit hours from an accredited college/university with at least 9 credits in education or similar AND 6 months of supervised work experience working with kids under age 15 in a licensed childcare facility A high school diploma or equivalant AND 1 year of supervised work experience working with kids under age 15 in a licensed childcare facility
