Teacher I

The head start teacher is responsible for developing and implementing educational plans for preschool children to promote holistic growth, while managing the day-To-Day operations of the classroom and ensuring legal compliance. This role involves building strong family partnerships, maintaining high program quality standards, and supervising classroom support staff.

Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field with equivalent coursework, along with experience teaching preschool-Age children. Required qualifications also include professional english proficiency and demonstrated abilities in communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-Solving.
