Teacher Early Head Start

The early head start teacher develops and implements educational plans for infants and toddlers to promote social-Emotional, physical, and cognitive growth, working collaboratively with a co-Teacher to manage daily classroom operations and ensure legal compliance. Key duties include guiding child activities, maintaining a safe learning environment, nurturing strong family partnerships, and ensuring the highest program quality standards.

Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate degree in child development or early childhood education with equivalent coursework, along with experience teaching preschool-Age children and professional proficiency in english. Demonstrated abilities in communication, collaboration, organization, problem-Solving, time management, and knowledge of the head start program are required.
