Teacher I, Head Start

The head start teacher is responsible for developing and implementing educational plans to promote preschool children's social-Emotional, physical, and cognitive growth while managing daily classroom operations and ensuring legal compliance. Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate degree in child development or early childhood education, along with experience teaching preschool-Age children and professional proficiency in english. Required abilities include successful communication and collaboration, strong organizational and problem-Solving skills, and demonstrated knowledge of the head start program.
