Program Aide On-Call

Program aides on-Call provide educational, relational, and social experiences for young children to foster development across all domains, reporting to the education and inclusion manager or center director. This role involves flexibility, potentially serving as a substitute, and assisting with classroom, janitorial, and kitchen duties as needed for program operations.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum high school diploma or ged, and must obtain basic first aid and pediatric cpr certification within 90 days. Required qualifications include demonstrated knowledge of working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, professional english proficiency, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
