Core responsibilities

Program aides on-Call provide educational, relational, and social experiences for infants, toddlers, and/Or preschool-Aged children to foster development across all domains. This role also requires flexibility to assist with classroom management, janitorial duties, kitchen tasks, and potentially serving as a substitute or bus monitor as needed for program operations.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum high school diploma or ged, and must obtain basic first aid and pediatric cpr certification within 90 days. Required qualifications include demonstrated knowledge of working with young children, professional english proficiency, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
