Pay range for this position is $43.60 - $59.17/hour.
Actual pay is based on years of licensure.

Clinical Educator functions autonomously and in collaboration with the health care tem in clinical practice, quality and safety and leadership roles. The clinical educator is responsible for providing appropriate education, which includes assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating orientation, education, competency, and skill-building needs of OSF HealthCare employees to enhance the quality of patient care services. The clinical educator ensures such programs are based on the principle of delivering care appropriate to the patient population served using innovative, high quality education in accordance with best practice and in alignment with the strategic goals and clinical initiatives of OSF.
Education: MSN Experience: Previous nursing leadership role. Licensure/ Certification: Clinical specialty, professional development or nursing education. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Program and curriculum development in nursing education. OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of direct patient care experience, along with a current RN license and a current American Heart Association healthcare provider BLS certification.
